What does hosting an event at 1883 Locale look like?

5. LINENS - For event rentals we do not include linens on the tables. You will need to provide those.

6. CLEAN UP- You are required to clean up. Your clean up for event rentals requires you to return the room the way you found it. We do not ask you to sweep or mop but instead we’ll take care of that for you. Before your event we will give you a detailed list of things we ask you to do before you leave the space.

7. DAMAGE- We will have you sign a damage waiver to ensure that if our space is damaged in anyway that you will cover the cost to repair or replace any items.

We are so excited you are considering 1883 Locale for your upcoming event! We find it an honor that we can meet a need here in our community!  Thank you for the opportunity to be able to host you here in our historical venue. Before we head to the pricing we want to go over a few things!

1. PRIMARILY WEDDINGS - We reserve Saturday's and weekends as best as we can for weddings since we are primarily a wedding venue. We do have some days and times set aside for small events each month.

2. DISCOUNTED RATE- We allow evening events through the week Monday-Thursday for a discounted rate of 10% off.

3. ALCOHOL- We do not allow alcohol to be brought in, it has to be served by us here at 1883 Locale. We do offer a cash bar for $150 bar tending fee and we have other packages we can quote you as well.

4. FOOD- We do not have any restrictions on outside catering and you are free to do whatever you would like for food.

Want to rent our entire left side of the building for an event? No worries! These two rooms are great for open house style events such as bridal showers, baby showers and more. Two hour minimum. Max guest count 25 guests, split between the two room.
