AUGUST 2023 STATEMENT

This statement is to help clarify and communicate the future of 1883 Locale despite what you might hear from other sources. 1883 Locale rents our space from Pie Masters LLC, which is our owners parents business. The owner of Pie Masters and Vick’s Pizza have decided to try and sell their pizza shop AND real estate in attempt to retire peacefully. This has left us at 1883 Locale with not much choice but to also try and sell our business. We are collectively together as a family trying to find the right buyers to continue Vick’s Pizza and 1883 Locale exactly as they are. We have asked in our selling agreements for the current contracts all to be abided by, our employees to be kept, and nothing to be changed on our booked clients. Our current contracts have nothing to worry about. We will not sell to just anyone and are willing to wait for the right buyer to continue what we have started here. If you have a wedding here in 2023, 2024, or 2025 or looking to book for any dates, please know your contract is locked and we are not going anywhere. You have nothing to fear or worry about when it comes to your wedding date. We are NOT bankrupt or looking to shut down, simply we are looking to help retire our family and find people to continue what we have worked hard for here. We do promise as soon as we have a contract signed and in place and have plans moving forward we will let you know. At this time we will continue serving you like we always have and wait until someone comes along who is interested in continuing 1883 Locale.
